Biography

Denarii Rolle is a technology professional, youth leader, and community advocate. Raised in a close-knit family, he is the second of three children and a proud father to his son, Demarii. His life and work are guided by faith, service, and a deep commitment to developing others.

Mr. Rolle pursued his studies abroad in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where he earned an Undergraduate Diploma in Information Technology as an Information Systems Specialist. He has also completed nine professional IT certifications, equipping him with strong technical expertise and a problem-solving mindset.

Professionally, he has spent more than a decade working in technology and systems management, contributing to major operational projects, supporting data-driven systems, and advancing into supervisory leadership. His work has focused on training, coordination, and strengthening organizational processes.

Beyond his professional career, Denarii is deeply engaged in community service. He has organized and personally funded charitable initiatives supporting children’s homes across New Providence and mentors young men through monthly programs at one of his alma maters, S.C. McPherson Junior High School.

A passionate Junkanoo leader, he serves as the Director of the TeenHawk mentorship program, Backline Coordinator, and is also a member of the community outreach board. He also serves on the board of the community helpers group Give A Little, Help A Lot.

Currently pursuing a master’s degree in leadership and management, Denarii Rolle believes strongly in empowering others, building confident young leaders, and creating opportunities that uplift communities and strengthen the nation.
