Registration Is Closed

Voter registration for the 2026 General Election has closed. If you weren't already registered in time, you will not be able to vote in this election. If you're unsure whether you're registered, call the PRD at (242) 397-2000.

Critical: Voter Card Rules

Yellow voter card — still valid?

NO. If you have the yellow voter card, you cannot vote with it.

You must re-register to vote as though it is your first time voting. During re-registration you will receive the Biometric Voter Card (not the purple card). Contact the Parliamentary Registration Department at (242) 397-2000.

Purple voter card — still valid?

YES.

You can vote in the 2026 General Election with the purple voters' card. The Parliamentary Registration Department recommends you verify your information before election day — bring your purple card to any PRD office or Family Island Administrator's Office.

What if I moved since I last registered?

Visit a PRD office, satellite station, or Family Island Administrator's Office with your purple voters' card. You must have been living at your new residence for at least 3 months before you can update your address. You'll identify your new home via geospatial pinning (on a digital map) and recite the Transfer Oath.
