Biography

I believe every Bahamian deserves a fair chance to succeed. Opportunity in our country should be based on talent, hard work, and determination - not who you know. That belief guides the work we are doing to strengthen our economy, invest in infrastructure and energy, and create new pathways for education, skills training, entrepreneurship, and ownership across our archipelago.

It is the honour of my life to serve as Prime Minister of The Bahamas and as the Member of Parliament for Cat Island, Rum Cay & San Salvador. For Cat Island, Rum Cay & San Salvador, my focus is making sure these islands continue moving forward with stronger infrastructure, better services, and real opportunities so residents can live, work, and build their futures right here at home.
